Loading buffer with orizzontal trasversal beltsi, and motorizzed rollers by variable speed .
1 gasket insertion unit on a horizontal groove, consisting of:
2 motorized gasket roll holders,
1 pressure roller insertion unit
1 cutting unit positioned close to the end of the rod.
1 cutting/drilling machine for finished cutting, model 01TFRD SPECIAL, with reference to the upper piece.
Suitable for cutting, drilling, milling, and anubing door jambs.
MACHINE COMPOSITION:
WORKBED made of a solid steel structure, consisting of a fixed left side and a movable right side.
Electronically controlled by a positioner, carrying a total of 6 operating units: 2 on the right side, 2 on the left side, and 2 on the upper bridge.

N. 1 CENTRAL SHUTTLE MOTORIZED with CNC control for milling the ends of the jambs.

N. 1 HORIZONTAL RADIAL CUTTING STATION, 0-45°, fast tilt with selector, with 2 groups, one on the right side and one on the left. One motor per side, complete with a timed entry system to avoid doubling the cutting position. Cutting motor power: 5 HP - 3000 rpm - inverter.
Cutting disc hole diameter: 30 mm. Saw blade diameter: 370 mm.
Adjustable exhaust hoods and safety guards.

N. 1 HORIZONTAL HEAD DRILLING STATION 0-45°, fast vertical tilt with selector, with 2 groups, one positioned on the right side and one positioned on the left side - 2 HP motor - 3000 rpm - 7-bit drilling head with 32 mm center distance
Independently selectable spindles
The groups slide on guides for greater speed and improved drilling precision, with the possibility of longitudinal and vertical adjustment

N. 1 UPPER VERTICAL PANTOGRAPHING STATION positioned on a transverse bridge with 1 motor for counterplate slotting HP 2 12000/18000 rpm, with vertical, horizontal and depth (x-y-z) working movement controlled by CNC on precision linear guides sliding on recirculating ball carriages - collet tool attachment.

N. 1 HORIZONTAL ANUBA DRILLING STATION with 1 motorized unit positioned by CNC with movement integral with the pantograph, consisting of a drilling unit, a customized Anuba inserting unit, and a customized Anuba loader, with a capacity of approximately 35 pieces (depending on the Anuba diameter).

1 LINE MANAGEMENT COMPUTER
With the ability to import data (CVS or ASCII) via MMC (Memory Card).
N.B. The type of data imported will be used to position the machine and perform the various processes listed on the job list.
