Changing room and personal entry zone:

The changing room is divided into two parts: a gray zone and a white zone
In the gray zone, workers take off their footwear and gowns used in the assembly area and turn over on the bench separating the zones and put on cleanroom footwear and gowns. If they leave the cleanroom while working, they must always change their clothes.

The delivery zone is separated from the cleanroom adhesive area 1750x750x3000mm
The doors and windows of the delivery zone are locked to each other, only one door and window can be open at a time.
When entering: the doors only open after 6 minutes, there is no 6-minute locking time when issuing storage devices.
After the work process is completed, the glued products are mechanically moved into the assembly through a delivery window. The delivery windows must always be closed after the delivery process.
The cleanroom is pressurized, which is regulated with the control dampers.

Air corresponding to ISO8 quality is supplied to the cleanroom through filters built into the air handling unit.
The air handling units are placed on the supporting structure above the cleanroom ceiling.
The air cleanliness is continuously measured and recorded.
If the air cleanliness is not adequate, we inform the workers with a light signal or intervene in the production process and lock the doors and windows.
