Completely retrofitted Single Column Vertical Turning Lathe Blansko model SKSJ 1A equipped with one vertical head for turning and milling operations

Maximum height of the workpiece 4800mm
Max. turning diameter with column near the faceplate 8000mm
Max. turning diameter with column at the maximum distance

Infinitely variable rotation of the faceplate 0.5 – 20rpm
The maximum weight of work piece clamped on faceplate 125 tons

The machine was completely retrofitted during 2024-2025 and supplied with following brand new components:
- New electrical cabinet made with CE components (Siemens, Schrack, etc.)
- New Siemens 828 numerical control, 100 kW main drive motor, 27 Nm feeds
motors and ZF reducers with 1/5 ratio
- New Ballscrew on 2 axis (vertical head and crossrail)
- New Scales on 2 axis Heidenhain
- The hydraulic and support installations made with CE components (Rexroth, Brevini,
Atos, etc.)
- New Oiling installation DROPSA-Italy or similar;
- Geometrical precision as per ISO norms (like a new machine);
