Zustand der Presse:
Die Presse war in einem in Produktionsbetrieb im Einsatz, ausschließlich für die Verpressung von Karton und wurde regelmäßig gewartet. Mit nur 13.209 Betriebsstunden ist die Maschine wenig gelaufen. Die Presse wurde in unserer Werkstatt teilüberholt und abschließend getested.

Folgende Überholungsarbeiten wurden durchgeführt:

Ballenrückhalter gängig gemacht und geschmiert
Lichtschranke erneuert
Verdrillereinheit komplett demontiert, in Einzelteile zerlegt, alle Lager erneuert, alle Kunststoffgleiter erneuert, abgeschmiert, Kettenspannung eingestellt
Messer und Gegenmesser demontiert, geschärft, montiert
Messerspalt neu eingestellt
Allgemeine Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt und abgeschmiert

Lieferumfang:
1 Stück Ballenpresse mit Drahtrollenboxen, ohne Draht (6850 x 1950 x 2650 mm)
1 Stück Ballenrutsche (5100 x 1150 x 450 mm)
1 Stück Drahtrollenbox zur Bodenmontage 1450 x 380 x 360 mm
Zum Abtransport der Presse benötigen Sie einen Tautliner mit 2700 mm effektiver Innenhöhe.
