Standard memory.
Fanuc HandlingTool software.
EOA mounted 2d iRVision camera.
Payload: 70KG.
Reach: 2050mm.
Pneumatic grippers designed for diecastings with automatic tool changer. EOA mounted blow-off point.


SYSTEM
RoboDrill tending system, comprising of:

Drawers for component input & output, with part presence sensors.
Fixture plates designed for 2 diecasting variants. (approx. dimensions 320mm long x 110mm wide x50mm deep)
External attention beacons giving indication of: o Red – Fault condition.
Amber – Cell open indication.
Green – Operation finished indication.
Buzzer – Fault Condition.
Integrated operator control boxes, complete with: o Loader ready pushbutton.
Continue pushbutton.
Reset pushbutton.
Integrated operator access boxes, complete with: o Access request pushbutton.




Guarding

Metal powder coated screens to form an enclosure around robot workstation, comprising of:
Mesh screens to form complete enclosures around system 2.2 metres, including interlocked single access door.
Interlocked loading access to all shelves.
Interlocked access to front of RoboDrill machines.
Light guard protection on rear of loading areas.
All cables protected within galvanised metal trunking & cable trays.
Drip tables to drain parts and increase loading efficiency.
