Overall, the system consists of two parts, viz:
- The furnace consists of two chambers each with an air circulation fan and adjustable air inlet.
- The conveying system consists of a trolley with vertical and horizontal movement.
The oven is suitable for curing heat treatments under air atmosphere with cleanroom classification in the temperature range from 50ºC to 250ºC. One heat cycle per chamber can be programmed. The cart can place glass from the conveyer position into one of the two chambers where the products undergo a selected heat cycle. And then removed from the oven and placed back in the conveyer position.
