General technical description:
The Macchi 3-Layers is a three-layer blown film co-extrusion line designed for the production of high-quality tubing and sheeting films.The line is capable of processing LLDPE, LDPE, mLLDPE, MDPE, and HDPE.Film production is based on an upward bubble-up working principle.The machine is equipped with a 350 mm 3-layer die head and delivers an output capacity of up to 450 kg/hour.

• Mounted on a die cart with integrated air distribution manifold

COOLING SYSTEM:
• Dual-lip Plast-Control air ring.
• Coexflex version includes Double Flux Cooling Ring ASR3, with inverter-driven blower and interchangeable inserts.
